1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using CyberQuizzer ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Use of the service
CyberQuizzer is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape or bulk-download content, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Quiz content is for learning and does not constitute professional security advice.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Subscriptions & billing
CyberQuizzer offers a permanently free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the subscription will not renew thereafter. Except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), fees already paid are non-refundable for partial periods.
6. Intellectual property
All quiz content, design, and software are the property of CyberQuizzer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that quiz content is always accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberQuizzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for a failure to comply with such a guarantee cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
